English Videos For You!!!

  • English Videos Collected from around the internet
  • Helpful in Mastering the English language.
  • English Videos Organized by Level and Subject Matter.
  • New videos added all the time!

(If you do not see a video about the specific topic you are looking for, please let me know so that I can find the material for you.)

Why should you watch here instead of just going straight to YouTube?

…Because, anyone can put up just about any kind of video that they want.  That certainly does not ensure that what they put up will be correct.  In addition, it is VERY common that the person who uploaded the video, gave it a name that is misleading or implies different information.  This makes it difficult to find exactly the information you may be looking for and results in excellent videos being completely overlooked and your time being wasted on videos that are not very helpful (or may even be detrimental to your learning.)

These videos have all been watched from beginning to end and there is commentary on each one, so if there is something in the video that’s not exactly true (or just plain wrong) but the rest of the video is good, I will tell you, so you know what to watch out for.

  • If they are posted here, it is because I personally approve them and recommend them to my student.
  • I will also explain what is in the video so that you don’t have to waste your time watching the video, only to find that it is not correct or useful.
  • If there is something in the video that is not quite right, but the rest of the video is good, I will explain it on the page, so that you don’t go away with incorrect information.

– You may navigate to the videos you are looking for in the tabs above…  or look through the whole catalog below –

(The videos in this section are aimed at adolescent and adult English Learners – If there is a video added in any section that is clearly “For Kids” it is because the information contained within the video is good, and I have yet to find a more “mature” alternative.  I only post videos that I have personally reviewed and believe will be beneficial to your learning experience.  -C.)

  • Question Formation – 12:38 – (This lesson is added to this level because many people, even at higher levels of English sometimes slip back into improper habits of speech.  This is especially true when they are surrounded by other speakers of English who may not be native speakers or who are, themselves, at a lower level of English)

Certificate-Level English

The sections below are for videos related to the various Certificate-Level Exams.  At the moment, the only videos that are in the section are for the TOEFL iBT exam.  This is mainly because I happen to be a specialist in the TOEFL iBT Exam and just haven’t had the time to add any videos for any of the other exams at this time.

(If there is a particular subject that you need help with, please let me know by leaving a message in the comments below or contact me here, and I will do my best to help.)
