(to be) Easy-Going – This is an idiomatic phrasal adjective which is used to describe a person who does not get overly emotional about any situation.  These situations can be either “positive” or “negative” but this phrase is usually used referring to a person’s reactions (or non-reactions) to “negative” or unpleasant situations…  “George is such an *easy-going* guy.  We have had to make so many changes in his department over the last few weeks, but no matter what the changes are, he is so willing to make the adjustments without any complaints.  I wish more people were like him.”
